If you need to request a refund, there are currently two methods you can use to do so:
- Customer Support Chat: Navigate to our website and use the live chat feature to speak directly with a customer support representative. They will guide you through the refund process.
- Email Request: You can also send an email to our dedicated support at max@unifire.ai detailing your refund request. Please include your order number and the reason for the refund in your message.
We strive to process all refund requests promptly. However, please allow a few business days for the transaction to be reflected in your account.
